On February 21st Salem Middle School's ID Department went on a field trip to Martin Luther King Jr.'s Historical Site; in which we visited Martin Luther King Jr's church (Ebenezer Baptist Church), his burial site, and the front of his child hood home. This trip was a part of our curriculum and the students spent a week learning about Martin Luther King Jr. and the Civil Rights Movement prior to going on the field trip.
